Dawn
Hi I’m Dawn. I am passionate about coach development and have spent nearly 17 years supporting coaches across a wide range of levels, sports and disciplines. Throughout that time, I have consistently noticed the gender imbalance within coaching and coach education. I am committed to helping address this by creating opportunities for empowerment, education, and encouragement that support more women to enter, develop, and thrive in coaching.
Rose
Hi, I’m Rose. I am a British Cycling Level 2 coach. When I found cycling in 2020, I never imagined where it would lead. What began as a new challenge soon became a passion and through coaching, my love for the sport deepened. I also found a community that has supported, challenged and inspired me to grow. Along the way, I became aware of some of the unique barriers women face in cycling coaching. Having navigated that journey myself, I became passionate about helping other women access the confidence, opportunities and support they need to succeed.

Dawn: I was Rose’s (co-founder of HCC) coach developer during her British Cycling Total Computers Scholarship and I am delighted to now be working with her to launch Her Coaching Collective.
Rose: The support I received from my coach developer, Dawn (co-founder of HCC) during my British Cycling Total Computers scholarship and supporters/ coaches around me showed me the difference that encouragement, guidance and community can make. I am delighted to be partnering with Dawn to bring Her Coaching Collective to life.
